Catalogue FAQ

  • OEM means your brand is on the inside of every garment, not ours. Custom hang tag, custom collar label, custom wash care label. The one-time setup fee is $65 USD total, charged on your first order only, with no setup fee on any repeat order after that. OEM is optional. If you order plain unbranded garments or decoration-only (embroidery or print, no labels), the setup fee does not apply and you skip the OEM layer entirely.

  • Every production order is anchored to an approved pre-production sample. You get to see the actual fabric, your decoration, your custom collar label, your hang tag, and your wash label exactly as they will appear on bulk units. The sample fee is confirmed with your quote and is paid upfront. Your sample fee credits in full toward your next bulk order of 25 pieces or more, anytime within 90 days. One credit per customer. You approve the sample in writing before bulk production starts. That approved sample becomes the spec your bulk production must match.

  • EU and Australian standard sizing on every order, with a full size chart on every product. Open any product and check the Sizing tab. Where it matters you can choose a fit profile, slim, regular, or relaxed, with regular as the default. Production is held to a tight tolerance against the chart on every run. Send us your size breakdown and we produce to it.

  • Yes. You can include multiple products in a single quote request, for example chef jackets and matching aprons for a restaurant, polo shirts and caps for a corporate team, or hoodies and crew necks for a clothing brand drop. Each product line carries its own per-product minimum (10 pieces on standard clothing including t-shirts, polo pique, hoodies, sweatshirts, cotton shorts, caps and visors; 25 pieces on chef wear, aprons, sweatpants and softshell). They ship together on one freight run with one set of customs paperwork. List everything you need in your quote request and we confirm production totals back to you. For multi-product builds, the calculator at /pages/calculator lets you stack pieces and see the combined cost.

  • Sizes mix freely within a colour. A 25-piece black t-shirt run can be 10 M, 10 L, 5 XL. The per-product minimum is per colour per product (10 pieces on standard clothing, 25 pieces on chef wear and aprons). Two colours of the same product equal two separate runs at the minimum. Different products (t-shirt + polo + hoodie) each carry their own per-colour minimum. The single-colour-per-run rule reflects how our ISO-certified factory sets up production lines for OEM custom decoration. List the colour and size breakdown in your quote request and we confirm production totals back to you.

  • Both are available on every product from 25 pieces. Embroidery is the standard for polos, caps, and thicker fabrics where the stitched logo holds shape through industrial washing, the right pick for client-facing roles and uniform programmes you expect to run for years. Screen print is the standard for flat fabric surfaces and larger designs (back prints, chest blocks, full-back graphics) where sharper line detail matters, the right pick for clothing brand drops, event tees, and high-visibility full-back placements. The product modal Pricing tab shows the per-piece price for both decoration methods side by side so you can compare.

  • For embroidery: an AI (Adobe Illustrator) or high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best. For screen print: vector files (AI or EPS) are ideal, though high-resolution PNG is acceptable for simple logos. If you only have a low-resolution version, send it anyway and we will advise on what is workable. For straightforward text-based logos, we can often work from a clear PDF. We confirm artwork approval before any production starts.

  • We run the widest weight range available at 25-piece OEM. T-shirts: 140g to 320g (ten tiers). Polos and polo pique: 180g to 260g (six tiers each). Hoodies: 250g to 380g (eight tiers). Crew neck sweatshirts: 300g to 360g. Singlets: 140g to 230g (six tiers). Cotton shorts: 220g to 340g. Sweatpants: 240g to 380g. Chef shorts and chef pants: 180g to 300g Cotton-Polyester. Softshell jacket: 250g to 380g. Each weight serves a real use case. Lighter (140g to 200g) suits summer events, hospitality in hot climates, and promotional drops. Mid-range (220g to 280g) is the year-round B2B standard for daily uniforms. Heavier (300g to 380g) is for premium brand lines, cold climates, and client-facing roles where a substantial hand feel matters. Every weight holds both screen print and embroidery cleanly. Open any product modal and the Fabric tab shows the full weight ladder with what each tier is built for.
