How this estimate works

• Native currency, DDP delivered to your door. Freight and import duties are baked into the price shown. EU buyers: import duty and VAT included in price under DDP terms, nothing further on arrival. Australian buyers: all-in price, GST added if and when applicable. Use the currency switcher in the hero to display EUR (European buyers), AUD (Australian buyers), or USD (other markets). All prices stated before local taxes.
• Minimum order quantity per product: 10 pieces on standard clothing (t-shirts, polo pique, hoodies, sweatshirts, cotton shorts, caps, visors). 25 pieces on chef wear, aprons, sweatpants, softshell, and bib and brace. Mixed-line orders use each product line's own tier. For example, 10 t-shirts and 30 polo pique gives the t-shirts the 10-piece tier rate and the polos the 25-piece tier rate.
• Pick your fabric weight and quantity. Each product shows its full weight range and updates the price as you choose. Per-piece price drops as quantity rises across the 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, and 300-piece tiers per product line. Mixed-line orders use each product's own tier, so 10 t-shirts and 30 polos give the t-shirts the 10-piece rate and the polos the 25-piece rate.
• Satisfaction guarantee: if any unit doesn't match your approved pre-production sample, we replace or refund those units. Photos required, decision in writing within 5 business days. The deposit only releases to production after you sign off on a digital mockup. Before sign-off you can cancel with a refund less a small admin fee. The full procedure is in our Refund Policy.
• Decoration included: the price shown includes embroidery up to 8,000 stitches. Single-colour screen print is a slightly lower rate, shown inside each product modal. Multi-colour print, larger embroidery, or back-panel artwork is itemised separately on the final quote.
• Custom labels included: hang tag, collar label, and wash care label with your brand are included in the one-time $65 setup. No charge on reorders of the same artwork. Setup fee is optional if you prefer logo-only orders without branded labels.
• Freight included in the per-piece price. Our displayed pricing is DDP-inclusive to Australia and Europe, with air freight as the default. Door-to-door air typically lands 21-28 days from sign-off. Sea freight is available on every quote as a cost-saving lane, around 8-12 percent lower per piece, with door-to-door windows of 45-60 days. Sea makes sense above roughly 70 pieces for Australia or 100 pieces for Europe. We flag the breakeven on every quote so you see both totals. Heavy or unusually high-volume orders may attract a freight adjustment, and we surface that on the quote, not retroactively.
• Pre-production sample: Available with your branding applied. The sample fee is confirmed with your quote and credits in full toward your next bulk order of 25 pieces or more, anytime within 90 days. One credit per customer. Sample lead time 10-14 days plus air freight.
• Payment: 30% deposit on your first order (50% on reorders), due on production start after mockup sign-off. Balance before dispatch. Goods are produced to your specifications and the deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced. See our Terms of Service for the full detail.
