Custom branded workwear, your label.
Uniforms produced to your specification, with your labels, your sizing, and your branding. Four fabric options: cotton, cotton-poly blends, and performance polyester, matched to your environment. For restaurants, hotels, construction, and corporate teams. From 10 pieces on standard clothing.
Your brand on every garment.
Not just a logo on a blank shirt. Every garment ships with your labels, your sizing, and your packaging. From 10 pieces on standard clothing, with no compromise on quality.
Hang tags, collar labels, and wash care labels produced with your branding and sewn in at the factory before dispatch. No plain labels, no re-labelling.
All orders are produced in EU or Australian standard sizing. XS through 3XL. Mix sizes freely within your order. Specify your size run (e.g. 5×S, 10×M, 15×L, 5×XL) when you request a quote.
Choose fabric weight, colour, fit, and decoration method. Screen print or embroidery. We confirm a sample before any bulk production begins.
10pc entry on standard clothing (t-shirts, polo pique, hoodies, sweatshirts, cotton shorts, caps, visors). 25pc on chef wear, aprons, sweatpants, softshell. Pricing improves at 25, 50, and 100 pieces.
Four fabric options. GSM per product in the catalogue.
Different environments need different fabrics. We offer four blends, each tuned for a different combination of comfort, durability, and cost. The right choice depends on what your team does every day. GSM options vary per product, shown on each catalogue card.
Per-blend GSM bands shown are typical, not blanket guarantees. The catalogue card for each product lists exactly which weights are available.
Natural softness
Breathable, skin-friendly, premium-feel. The standard for hospitality, front-of-house, and brand workwear. Comfortable against skin for long shifts. Widest GSM range we offer, from event-weight tees through to heavyweight hoodies.
Engineered durability
Cotton softness with polyester resilience. Holds colour through more washes, resists wrinkle, dries faster than pure cotton. The everyday workhorse for trades crews and uniform programmes that take daily punishment.
Budget workhorse
Higher polyester ratio means more durability and lower unit cost. Best when the slight polyester sheen is acceptable and your budget is the constraint. Common choice for high-volume uniform rollouts where price-per-piece matters.
Moisture-wicking
Pulls moisture away from the body and dries fast. Lightweight, breathable, performance-engineered. Built for teams that move constantly in warm environments. Most affordable per piece in the lineup.
Every detail, your way.
Two decoration methods, multiple placement options, any colour. Confirmed at sample stage before bulk production begins.
Ink applied directly to the garment. Best for large placements: full chest, full back, sleeve panels. Produces sharp, clean results for solid-colour logos and text-based brands. Up to 6 spot colours per design.
Your logo is digitised and stitched directly into the garment. Permanent, premium, and does not fade or crack over time. Best for left chest logos, polo collars, cuffs, and caps. The standard decoration for client-facing corporate workwear.
Standard positions: left chest, full back, right sleeve, left sleeve, and cap front. Multiple placements per garment are available; for example, a chest logo plus a back print on the same shirt. All placement positions are confirmed and approved at sample stage before any bulk production begins.
From inquiry to delivery, five steps.
Tell us what you need. Product, quantity, branding, and timeline. Sample orders available before bulk if needed.
Tell us what you need. Product type, quantity per role, branding (logo file plus placement), and your timeline. Include your destination country so we can estimate freight on the spot.
Not sure on fabric weight or material? Tell us the use case (kitchen, hospitality front-of-house, trades site, corporate office) and we will recommend.
Want to see the garment before bulk? Single pre-production samples are available with your branding applied. The sample fee is confirmed with your quote and credits in full toward your next bulk order of 25 pieces or more, anytime within 90 days. One credit per customer. Sample lead time is 10-14 days plus air freight.
Itemised quote within 1 business day. Product, branding, and shipping separated clearly.
Your itemised quote separates: per-piece product price (DDP-inclusive to your door, freight and customs duties included), the one-time OEM label setup fee if you want your branding sewn in, and the total per quantity tier.
OEM label setup is optional. The $65 one-time fee covers your custom hang tag, collar label, and wash care label sewn in at the factory. If you order plain unbranded garments or decoration only (embroidery/print, no labels), the setup fee does not apply.
Tier pricing shown at 25, 50, and 100-piece levels. Higher volume drops the per-piece price meaningfully. We will show you which tier your order lands in and what bumping to the next tier saves.
Quote is valid for 14 days. Native-currency primary on the quote: EUR for European buyers, AUD for Australian buyers, USD for other markets, with the other two shown as reference. Payment via Airwallex (international bank transfer, no FX markup) or standard bank wire, your choice on sign-off.
30% deposit confirms your first order (50% on reorders). Production starts after written mockup sign-off.
We email a digital mockup of your branding on the product within 2 business days of quote acceptance. You sign off in writing (email or messaging app reply is fine).
30% deposit becomes due on mockup sign-off for your first order (50% on reorders). The deposit covers fabric reservation, OEM label setup (hang tag, collar label, wash care label), tooling, and production scheduling. It is a genuine pre-estimate of pre-production cost, not a penalty.
Before mockup sign-off, you can cancel for a full refund less a small documented admin fee (max USD 75). After sign-off, the deposit is non-refundable because production has commenced and the goods are being made to your specification.
Independent quality inspection on every order. Production photos sent for sign-off before dispatch.
Production runs 10 to 14 business days for 25-50 piece orders, 8 to 12 days for 100+ pieces. Smaller runs are produced manually for finer attention. Larger runs use machine production at higher throughput.
Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is mandatory on every order: photos of every garment laid flat before dispatch. Independent quality checks are run to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (AQL) standard, the same sampling framework used across the global apparel industry. Major defects: 2.5%. Minor defects: 4.0%.
We send you the production photos before goods leave the factory. You sign off on those photos. Anything you flag at this stage gets resolved before dispatch, not after.
Balance due before dispatch. DDP door-to-door to Australia and Europe in 21-28 days by air, 30-50 days by sea.
The remaining balance is due in cleared funds before dispatch. We will not release the goods to freight until the balance is received.
Air freight typically 10-15 days door-to-door to Australia or Europe. Sea freight 30-50 days door-to-door. Total turnaround from mockup sign-off to delivery is typically 21 to 28 days by air.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means customs clearance is handled on our side. The parcel arrives at your address with no surprise import duty bills. Your local GST (Australia) or VAT (Europe) is the only tax on your side, calculated and remitted to your tax authority by you.

Everything you need to know before ordering.

10 pieces per product on standard clothing (t-shirts, polo pique, hoodies, sweatshirts, cotton shorts, caps, visors). 25 pieces per product on chef jackets, chef pants, chef shorts, aprons, sweatpants, and softshell. You can order multiple products in the same inquiry. Each product line has its own minimum. Pricing improves at 25, 50, and 100 pieces.
-
Yes. You can freely specify your size run across the minimum (10pc on standard clothing, 25pc on chef wear, aprons, sweatpants, softshell). For example, at 25 pieces: 3×XS, 5×S, 10×M, 5×L, 2×XL. There is no per-size minimum. Just include your size breakdown when you request a quote and we confirm production totals back to you.
-
Embroidery and screen print are our standard methods. Embroidery is best on polo collars, caps, and thicker fabrics, holding sharp detail through industrial washing. Screen print is better for large graphics, full-back designs, and when you need more than 3-4 colours. Most hospitality and corporate orders use embroidery for logos. Most construction and brand orders use screen print for larger designs. Other methods (DTG digital print, sublimation, heat transfer, woven patches, puff print) are available on request. Mention what you need in your quote and we will confirm options on your specific garment. We advise on the best method per garment when we quote.

Production takes 10 to 14 days for 10-50 piece orders, and 8 to 12 days for 100+ pieces. Air freight to Australia takes 12 to 15 days, to Europe 10 to 14 days. Total door-to-door from quote sign-off is typically 21 to 28 days by air. Sea freight is 30 to 40 days to Australia, 40 to 50 days to Europe. Add a few days during Chinese New Year (mid-January to mid-February) when the factory closes. We flag this on every quote that spans the window. We send production photos before dispatch. If you have a specific deadline, mention it in your quote request and we will confirm whether it is achievable. We are not the speed play. If you need delivery in under two weeks, a local decorator is the right call. We compete on brand consistency and factory-direct pricing, not turnaround time.
-
Your first order requires a 30% deposit before production starts, with the balance due before dispatch. Reorders move to a 50% deposit, balance before dispatch. Quote currency is native to your market: EUR for European buyers, AUD for Australian buyers, USD for other markets, with reference rates shown for the other two. Payment accepted via Airwallex (international bank transfer with no FX markup) or standard bank wire, whichever is easier on your end. Prices are stated before local taxes. Your country's GST (Australia) or VAT (Europe) is on your side and remitted by you to your tax authority.
-
Only if you want OEM branding. The $65 USD setup fee applies on your first order ONLY if you want your custom hang tag, collar label, and wash care label sewn in by the factory. That is what makes a uniform genuinely yours rather than a generic stock garment. The $65 covers all three labels and is a one-time fee for that artwork. No setup fee on any reorder of the same artwork. If you order plain unbranded garments or decoration only (embroidery or print without custom labels), there is no setup fee. The $65 appears as a separate line item on your first quote so you can see what it covers.

DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. It means customs clearance is handled on our side, and you receive the goods at your door with no additional import charges on arrival. EU import duty and VAT included in price. Australian buyers: GST added if and when applicable. There are no surprise fees when the shipment lands. The price you see in your quote is the price you pay for delivery.
-
Yes. We confirm the sample fee with your quote, and the sample carries your branding. Your sample fee credits in full toward your next bulk order of 25 pieces or more, anytime within 90 days. One credit per customer. A sample lets you confirm fabric weight, colour accuracy, construction quality, and label placement before committing to bulk. Lead time on the sample is 10-14 days plus air freight. Most clients proceed directly to bulk once they receive and approve the sample.
-
If any unit arrives that doesn't match your approved pre-production sample (wrong fabric weight, wrong colour, defective stitching, mismatched label), we replace or refund those units. Photos required. Decision in writing within 5 business days of you raising the issue. Every order is also covered by the standard industry tolerance and AQL framework in our Refund Policy (14 days for visible defects, 90 days for hidden defects, 6 months long-stop). You see production photos of every garment laid flat before dispatch, which catches most issues before they ship.
-
Yes. Multi-site uniform programmes (3+ locations, or 500+ pieces a year) get a dedicated route. See multi-site programmes for the full programme breakdown, or request a programme quote directly. Multi-site programmes typically get tier-negotiated pricing locked for 12 months, a dedicated point of contact, scheduled re-orders, and a stored size matrix per site so you do not have to re-enter the same information each time.
Let's build your next order.
